By using TradePath HQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Service
TradePath HQ provides a cloud-based ERP platform for CPG brokers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Data Ownership
You retain all rights and ownership of the data you upload or enter into TradePath HQ. We claim no ownership over your business records.
3. Fees & Payments
You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan level. Fees are billed based on a base seat plus discounted incremental seats as defined on our Pricing page, and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
TradePath HQ is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy in our commission engine and order processing, we are not liable for any business decisions or financial losses resulting from the use of our software.
5. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a full export of your data in a standard format upon request.
