Plans, seats and billing
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not added a card, your team can no longer make changes. Nothing is deleted. Choose a plan and add a card to pick up where you left off.
How do the plans differ?
Mainly by how many people are included. Inventory and add-on trade modules need the Professional or Velocity plan. Everything else is on every plan.
Who counts as a seat?
Each active person on your team, in the office or in the field. A worker who also signs in counts once. Removing a team member, or deactivating a crew member who does not sign in, frees the seat, and history is kept. For more people than your plan includes, move to a larger plan; Velocity includes 25.
Do you take a cut of card payments?
Card payments from your customers go through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s rates. TradePath HQ does not add a fee to them.
Can I cancel any time?
The billing page in the app opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you manage your subscription and payment details.
