Quotes, invoices and payments
What you get
- Quotes are emailed with a link. When a customer approves, the job is created with the same lines.
- Invoices are raised from the job and emailed with a secure link where the customer can view the bill and, once you connect Stripe, pay by card.
- Card payments go to your own Stripe account. Cash, check and bank transfers are recorded by hand.
- Partial payments, credit memos and customer credit balances are tracked, and card refunds are sent through Stripe from the invoice.
