For electricians
Run your electrical crew from one board.
How it fits
A electrical day in TradePath HQ
01
Book the right person
Give job types the skills they need. Scheduling suggestions put electricians who have them first.
02
Keep licenses current
Record each worker’s certifications with their expiry dates, so a lapsed one is visible before it matters.
03
Work across several visits
A job can have more than one visit, each with its own crew, and they all roll up to the same job.
04
Quote, then invoice
Send the quote for approval, then invoice the finished job and take card payment through your own Stripe account.
What electricians use most
Scheduling and dispatch
A dispatch board with a lane for each worker, conflict warnings, and a map of the day.
- A one-day dispatch board with a lane for every worker and an Unassigned lane for work nobody has yet.
- Double-bookings and time off are flagged before you commit. You can still book anyway when you mean to.
- A two-week "needs a person" list surfaces unassigned visits and visits whose assigned worker has time off.
Quotes, invoices and payments
Quotes customers approve online, invoices they pay by card, and a clear view of what is owed.
- Quotes are emailed with a link. When a customer approves, the job is created with the same lines.
- Invoices are raised from the job and emailed with a secure link where the customer can view the bill and, once you connect Stripe, pay by card.
- Card payments go to your own Stripe account. Cash, check and bank transfers are recorded by hand.
Crew app in the phone’s browser
Each worker’s day on their phone, with one clear next step per visit. Nothing to install.
- Each worker sees their own visits for the day, in order.
- One button moves a visit along: start driving, arrived, complete. Each press is time-stamped and, when the phone shares its location, records where the worker was.
- "Start driving" opens directions in the phone’s maps app and, if the customer has an email address on file, emails them a link to follow the visit.
Checklists, photos and notes
Visit checklists you design, with required questions and photo answers.
- Build checklists with checkboxes, text, numbers, a pick-list and photo questions.
- Questions can appear only when an earlier answer calls for them.
- Mark a checklist as required before a worker can start, or complete, a visit in the crew app.
Can I track my electricians’ licenses?
Yes. Each worker’s page records licenses and certifications with the last day they are good for, and shows how long is left, turning amber and then red as the date gets close.
Can one job have several visits?
Yes. A job holds any number of visits, each scheduled and staffed on its own, and the job’s status follows its visits.
Does my crew need to install an app?
No. The crew app runs in the phone’s web browser. Each worker signs in and sees their own visits for the day.
