Pest control scheduling, with the application log built in.
How it fits
A pest control day in TradePath HQ
01
Treatments on repeat
Repeating jobs keep recurring treatments on the schedule, and a service plan bills for them.
02
Record on site
While on site, the technician logs each product applied, with its amount and target and its EPA registration number when there is one, from the visit on their phone.
03
Tell the customer
A treatment safety checklist includes an item for telling the customer when it is safe to go back in.
04
Hand over the records
Download the application log as a CSV for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or the last year.
What pest control operators use most
Service plans and repeat work
Repeating jobs that keep visits on the schedule, and service plans that bill on schedule, with optional card auto-charge.
- Repeating jobs put visits on the schedule about a month ahead and keep topping them up.
- Service plans raise an invoice on their own schedule and email it to the customer.
- One plan can cover several properties, each with its own rate.
Checklists, photos and notes
Visit checklists you design, with required questions and photo answers.
- Build checklists with checkboxes, text, numbers, a pick-list and photo questions.
- Questions can appear only when an earlier answer calls for them.
- Mark a checklist as required before a worker can start, or complete, a visit in the crew app.
Crew app in the phone’s browser
Each worker’s day on their phone, with one clear next step per visit. Nothing to install.
- Each worker sees their own visits for the day, in order.
- One button moves a visit along: start driving, arrived, complete. Each press is time-stamped and, when the phone shares its location, records where the worker was.
- "Start driving" opens directions in the phone’s maps app and, if the customer has an email address on file, emails them a link to follow the visit.
Scheduling and dispatch
A dispatch board with a lane for each worker, conflict warnings, and a map of the day.
- A one-day dispatch board with a lane for every worker and an Unassigned lane for work nobody has yet.
- Double-bookings and time off are flagged before you commit. You can still book anyway when you mean to.
- A two-week "needs a person" list surfaces unassigned visits and visits whose assigned worker has time off.
Trade module
Pest control module
- Technicians record each product applied while on site: product, amount and unit, plus the EPA registration number, target pest and area treated.
- The applicator’s license number is filled in from their worker’s license record when there is one, and saved with each application as it was that day.
- One log of every application, with a CSV download for the last 7, 30 or 90 days or the last year.
- Adds a pesticide applicator license type for worker certifications, pest treatment and inspection job types, and a treatment safety checklist that includes a re-entry item.
Does it keep a pesticide application record?
Yes, with the pest control module (Professional and Velocity plans). Technicians record each application on site, and you can download the log as a CSV.
Can records be edited after the fact?
No. The log is read-only. A technician can remove their own entry only while still on the visit, if it was entered by mistake.
Does my crew need to install an app?
No. The crew app runs in the phone’s web browser. Each worker signs in and sees their own visits for the day.
