For lawn care and landscaping crews
Recurring lawn and landscape work, without re-entering it every week.
How it fits
A lawn and landscape day in TradePath HQ
01
Set the repeat once
Repeating jobs put visits on the schedule about a month ahead and keep topping them up.
02
See the day on a map
The day’s mapped stops appear as numbered pins, with each crew member’s last recorded position from their most recent visit update.
03
Keep customers posted
A day-before reminder, then an "on the way" email with a link when the crew sets off.
04
Bill the season
One service plan can cover several properties, each with its own rate, and bill on schedule.
What lawn care and landscaping crews use most
Service plans and repeat work
Repeating jobs that keep visits on the schedule, and service plans that bill on schedule, with optional card auto-charge.
- Repeating jobs put visits on the schedule about a month ahead and keep topping them up.
- Service plans raise an invoice on their own schedule and email it to the customer.
- One plan can cover several properties, each with its own rate.
Scheduling and dispatch
A dispatch board with a lane for each worker, conflict warnings, and a map of the day.
- A one-day dispatch board with a lane for every worker and an Unassigned lane for work nobody has yet.
- Double-bookings and time off are flagged before you commit. You can still book anyway when you mean to.
- A two-week "needs a person" list surfaces unassigned visits and visits whose assigned worker has time off.
Customer links and updates
Emails and secure links that let customers follow a visit, approve a quote and pay an invoice.
- Appointment confirmation and a day-before reminder, by email.
- An "on the way" email with a link showing the visit’s status, plus a rough arrival time when the worker’s phone shares its location.
- Quote approval, invoice payment and saving a card on file, each from its own secure link. Payment and saving a card need your Stripe account connected.
Crew app in the phone’s browser
Each worker’s day on their phone, with one clear next step per visit. Nothing to install.
- Each worker sees their own visits for the day, in order.
- One button moves a visit along: start driving, arrived, complete. Each press is time-stamped and, when the phone shares its location, records where the worker was.
- "Start driving" opens directions in the phone’s maps app and, if the customer has an email address on file, emails them a link to follow the visit.
Can one customer have several properties?
Yes. A customer can have any number of service locations, and one service plan can cover several of them with separate rates.
Do you optimize mowing routes?
No. "Find a time" weighs straight-line drive time between stops when suggesting slots, but TradePath HQ does not reorder a crew’s route.
Does my crew need to install an app?
No. The crew app runs in the phone’s web browser. Each worker signs in and sees their own visits for the day.
