How does the seat pricing work?
We use a "Base + Incremental" model designed to grow with your team. Every account starts with one Admin seat at the base price. Any additional team members (Sales Reps, Ops, or Accounting) are added at a significantly discounted monthly rate.
What are "Smart Actions"?
Smart Actions are any AI-powered tasks, such as generating an email draft or identifying a pricing mismatch in an order. Core plans can use these features via credit purchases, Professional plans include a generous monthly bundle, and Velocity plans include unlimited actions for unhindered performance.
What happens if I use all my Smart Actions on Professional?
We don't stop your workflow. Overage actions are billed at a simple per-action rate, allowing you to keep moving without needing to immediately upgrade your plan.
Can I upgrade from Core to Professional later?
Yes. The Professional and Velocity features are already built into your dashboard; upgrading simply unlocks them so you can begin using automation immediately.
What is an "Intelligent Throttle"?
On the Professional plan, we manage processing speed to ensure consistent performance across our entire network. For agencies requiring unhindered speed, the Velocity plan removes all throttles.
